Always provides proper notice prior to arrival. Always shows up when they say they will. Always leaves a note of the work conducted, outlining what was used, and any suggestions for improvements. Granular products used which far better exceed "sprayed" products other competitors use...should they be "truly" Green. Pricing is competitive and very reasonable. Rewards loyalty with pricing and additional services. Always there to answer questions and spends the time needed for such answers. Anthony is very knowledgeable. I had let my yard go a few years back, and knew I needed help. In the last three years, Anthony got my yard back to the way it was, and I am getting unsolicited compliments once again. It takes some time, but if you talk with Anthony, he will guide you to a good looking lawn. For me, I annually get their 5 fertilizer/weed control, 1 lime, and 1 grub control. I also got dirt and seeding one year, and aeration once or twice. Anthony also brought to my attention that he thought I had a fungus that was stunting the growth of my grass. I would have never figured that out. But once he took care of that for a modest price fungicide, the grass is growing healthy again. Highly recommend Lawn Doctor of Bristol-Southington. I hired lawn doctor (Anthony) to do a full Reno on my front lawn last year. I went with them originally because they guaranteed to get it perfect. That guarantee was tested because the whole lawn got washed out twice immediately after seeding from massive storms and they came back and did it all again at no extra cost until the grass filled in. I am keeping them on to take care of routine fertilizer/weed control. I can call/text at any time with concerns and Anthony always gets back to me right away. ~ chris f
